Production

The main production volume of Nason Davis Eesti OÜ comes from two planing mills in South Estonia with combined annual output of  50 000 m3 of further processed goods.

 

Both mills have worked with us for many years and therefore we can offer consistent quality according to customers’ needs.

 

On the sites we have 3 Weinig Hydromat planing lines and 2 Weinig Powermat lines for high quality mouldings.

 

The mills are equipped with high precision Weinig automatic cross-cut lines which enable us to service various components segments of the timber markets where very accurate ready to use goods are needed.

 

We are able to supply mini-bundled and barcoded products.

 

Due to flexible production runs we can offer components with special profiles, radiuses and drilling that can be combined into one lorry load or container delivery.
